“You can, you should, and if you’re brave enough to start, you will.”
― Stephen King

Emotions are more than feeling in our head. There is inherent mind-body connection wherein our emotions affect our body. A mind filled with negative thoughts makes us feel miserable, inadequate and will create failure after failure no matter how hard you try to succeed. If we have a pattern of negative thinking we’ll be in debt and end up in destructive or negative relationships. If we want to succeed, enjoy happiness and live a life of abundance, and prosperity – we have to eliminate any consistent negative thinking, and negative beliefs. We also have to replace those negative thoughts with positive thoughts that allow us to succeed and enjoy life. Start eliminating negative thinking today and begin creating the life we want in a few simple steps. Let’s face it, we all have negative thoughts. Negative thoughts and beliefs develop over time.
They come from your friends, your family, fellow co-workers, advisers, teachers, even strangers and they come from you – that’s right YOU!
We often create most of the negative thoughts that we have and it’s only because we haven’t trained our mind to be positive and we haven’t created positive beliefs that allow us to succeed.
Negative thoughts are like weeds. If we don’t take care of them and clear them early on they’ll take over our entire mind and destroy any positive thoughts and beliefs. Negative thoughts are thoughts like;
“I’m not good enough, it will never work, I know everything, I won’t succeed, I’ll only fail again, it’s my fault, I’m not worthy…” and so on.
These are all thoughts that don’t allow you to succeed and will only lead to more failure. They all are the weeds of our mind; they destroy everything in the area and spread very quickly when you don’t remove them.

So how do you get rid of these weeds?

  • We can start it by replacing them with positive thoughts, positive feelings, and begin spreading this positive message to other people.
  • When we have a negative thought that says I can’t do something, Think of I can do something.
  • Switching to positive thoughts is just a matter of making a conscious effort.
  • To get rid of negative thoughts we need not fight them, but rather replace them for positive ones.
  • When you feel that you can’t accomplish something, think of why you can accomplish something.

The results will come when you least expect it.
You have to continue nurturing your mind with positive feedback and before you know it you’ll begin to see dramatic changes.
